Australian Orders
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched
Shipping
• Australia Post Standard Shipping – Free, no minimum spend
• Capital Cities / Metro Areas: 2–8 business days
• Regional & Rural Areas: please allow 1–2 additional business days
Pre-order Items
• If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available
• If you want other items immediately, please place separate orders
Returns & Store Credit
We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
For faulty items, a full refund is available once the item is returned
Return Procedure
• Contact us at hello@tidythoughtsclub.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and product you wish to return
• If eligible, we’ll provide the return address. Please post your item within 3 business days. We recommend using tracked shipping
• All return shipping costs are not covered and will not be included in store credit
• Once received, we will review your return and issue store credit if eligible
Important
• Returns outside our returns period cannot be processed
• Standard returns period: 30 days
• During Christmas, returns period may differ
Dispatch & Order Changes
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
• During sales or peak periods, dispatch may take longer due to high order volumes
• You can make changes to your order within 60 minutes of purchase using the link in your confirmation email
Note
• Shipping times are guidelines and may be affected by peak periods, extreme weather, or Australia Post delivery issues
• Orders are shipped from NSW, following NSW public holidays
Missing or Damaged Orders
• Australia Post requires a signature unless otherwise specified
• If parcels are left unattended, this is at your own risk
• For safe delivery, consider using a work address or parcel locker and include level/company name for multi-story workplaces
If your parcel has not arrived
• Check your tracking information (including spam/junk folders)
• If marked as delivered but missing, contact Australia Post first
• Contact us for assistance — we will investigate further
If your parcel is delivered but damaged
• Take photos of packaging and contents
• You may need these to lodge a claim with Australia Post
We will do our best to help, but responsibility for delivery issues falls with Australia Post once the parcel is delivered
Postal Addresses
• Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details
• Tidy Thoughts Club is not liable for items returned due to incorrect addresses
• Redirecting post or reshipping will be at the customer’s expense
